HOUSE RULES IN APARTMENT MAK, MORAVSKI DVORI<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t

Dear Guests !\nIn the apartment Mak we have for well-being of all guests prepared House Rules that\nhave to be followed.<\/p>

ARRIVALS-DEPARTURES<\/strong>
Arrivals<\/strong> are foreseen after 15.00 hours, an earlier arrival is only possible, if the\napartment is vacant in the morning. Before arrival please call +386 31 825 277<\/strong>Darja, so that I will be expecting you. Arrivals during night hours have to be\nannounced at least one day in advance.
Departures<\/strong> are foreseen by 10.00 hours, a later departure is possible based on a\nprior agreement, but only in case the apartment is vacant.<\/span><\/p>

GENERAL<\/strong>
It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment. You can smoke on the balcony \u2013 there is\nan ashtray, where you can extinguish the cigarette butts.
After 22.00 hours it is necessary to keep order and quietness and to be considerate\nto other guests and neighbours. In case other guests wouldn\u2019t follow the rules,\nplease inform me about that immediately (031 825 277 \u2013 Darja).
The apartment was completely cleaned up before your arrival, so therefore it is\nnecessary to keep order and cleanliness. There are house slippers at your disposal,\nfreshly washed in the washing machine before the arrival of the guests, bed linen\nand towels. The kitchen is equipped in a modern way, with a dishwasher\n(instructions for use are attached) and all the necessary cooking vessels, plates,\ncutlery. microwave oven, water heater and basic utensils for preparing of meals (salt,\nsugar, pepper, coffee). For cleaning you can us vacuum cleaner, steam cleaner, rags,\ndetergent and sponges.
The bathroom is equipped with a washing and drying machine (you will find\ninstructions for use in close vicinity), you can use the detergent and the softener, at\nyour disposal there are towels, toilette paper, hair dryer and soap.
The parking place for the guests is located directly in front of the apartment.
Pets are allowed as long as the rooms are clean and socialized.
The landlord doesn\u2019t take any responsibility for money, jewellery, securities and\nother items that the guests keep in apartments and cars.
As the apartment is air conditioned, the doors and the windows have to be kept\nclose, at your disposal there is a free Wi-Fi (The password is hanged on the wall) and\nthe most modern TV set.
In case of fire alarm please leave the apartment Mak immediately, following the\nmarked emergency exits. The gathering point is situated on the parking place of the\nobject
Moravski dvori.
You are kindly asked not to damage or remove items, which are subject to use and\nstaying of the guests in the apartment Mak. Don\u2019t change the spacial layout in the\napartment. The guest is responsible for damage caused by him or by the persons he\n\nis responsible for or by his visitors. The damage is estimated by the landlord in the\nframes of the actual costs of repairing the damage.
For safety reasons in is forbidden to lean through the windows or over the fences of\nthe balcony.\u00a0<\/span>The windows shall be used only for the ventilation of the premises. The\nwindow shelves are not allowed\u00a0<\/span>be used to sit on them.\u00a0<\/span>It is also forbidden to throw\nitems through the windows or over the balcony\u00a0<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span>Please do not throw tampons and\nsanitary napkins into the toilet bowl.\u00a0<\/span>At your disposal there is a storage room for bicycles or other items.<\/span><\/p>
